I offer my services as leadership coach, agile coach and facilitator in Helsinki and the Nordics. I work with engineering teams and their leaders in large organizations — helping them build better collaboration, healthier culture, and ways of working that actually stick.

My career started in IT and project management, which gave me a practical, systems-level understanding of how organizations really work. Over time I became drawn to the human side — the dynamics, habits and culture that determine whether a talented team thrives or stalls. That's where I've focused ever since.

I've spent over a decade inside two of the Nordic region's largest organizations — Nordea and Fortum — designing and leading leadership development programs, coaching executive teams, and supporting large-scale agile transformations. I've also worked independently with organizations in Latin America, including leading an agile transformation for Banco Bolivariano in Ecuador.

I work in English and Spanish, and I bring the same approach to every engagement: deep listening, direct feedback, and a genuine curiosity about what's actually getting in the way.
